By accessing or using befarword.com, you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes connected with browsing our inventory, requesting quotations, submitting inquiries, or purchasing vehicles, parts or export services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it by any automated or unauthorized means, or interfere with its normal operation.
We may update, suspend or restrict access to any part of the website at any time without prior notice, including to add new vehicles, remove sold stock, or adjust listed features.
We make every reasonable effort to describe each vehicle, its year, mileage, transmission, fuel type and condition accurately, based on auction sheets, dealer information and our own pre-export inspection where available. However:
We strongly recommend requesting the full inspection report and additional photos for any vehicle before committing to a purchase.
Prices displayed on our website are shown in US dollars on an FOB (Free On Board) Japan basis unless stated otherwise, and do not include freight, marine insurance, import duties, taxes, or destination-port handling charges, which vary by country and shipping method.
Vehicle prices are subject to change without notice due to auction result fluctuations, exchange rate movements, or changes in vehicle availability, and any price shown at the time of browsing is not a binding offer until confirmed in a written quotation.
Quotations issued in response to a Request a Quote submission are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated, after which prices, availability and shipping estimates may need to be reconfirmed due to auction and freight market changes.
A quotation is not a guarantee that a specific vehicle will remain available; popular vehicles may be purchased by another buyer at auction before your order is confirmed and paid for.
An order is only confirmed once we have received your written acceptance of a quotation and the agreed deposit or full payment, as specified for that transaction. Accepted payment methods and currency will be confirmed at the time of invoicing.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
All content on befarword.com, including text, vehicle listing layouts, graphics, logos and site design, is owned by or licensed to Befarword and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vehicle photographs supplied by auction houses or dealers remain subject to their respective rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Befarword is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of a vehicle, part or service, including but not limited to loss of profit, delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific vehicle, part or service.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or an export transaction with Befarword that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanagawa, Japan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your own country.
